German by birth and Latino at heart I have always tried to make the best of my genetic background by combining the discipline of the German mentality with the joy and creativity of the Latin character.

 

Married to a wonderful Italian woman, who has not only given me a pair of descendants, but also shares her secrets of the cuisine of southern Italy with me, I can say that I am not only very lucky but I am happy !!!

 

Through my professional career I have gathered a wide and varied experience that is the basis of my skills in operations of hotel and restaurant companies. I have had the opportunity to participate in projects at international level and I have known the industry not only from the perspective of operations but also from that of specialized international consulting.

 

I can say that I have two passions. On the one hand the world of hotels and gastronomy and on the other that of the numbers. It must be the sensitivity inherited from a great artist mixed with the German education of my mother.
